A single colonic will do the same for your eyes as 10 years of drinking carrot juice.
As we start to get older, we literally become full of crap.
Imagine a bucket of mud, dump it on the sidewalk and let it dry out. This is what’s happening in our intestinal track, and it’s blocking our villi that absorb nutrients.
What is the difference between an Enema, Colonic, and Colema Board?
Use a garden hose to spray water on that dried mud on the sidewalk, after a couple minutes you will wash some of the mud away, this is an enema.
Do this for about 20 minutes, this is a colema. A colema board is a home unit, gravity fed bucket, which is the best use-at-home method. It’s gentle and doesn’t force water in you. Your colon will absorb some of the water, so you will need to urinate.
Do this for an hour, this is a colonic.
…if you haven’t ever done it, don’t talk to me about it
…until you’ve done it, don’t tell me your opinion on it
Once a year, do a 10 juice fast + 10 day colema cleanse (20 gallons every day, essentially home colonic). For him, even on the 10th day there was still stuff coming out. Since his green juices didn’t have fiber, he would substitute with psycillium.
…tip: don’t tell anyone you’re doing a juice fast (they spew their thoughts on you)
If you have serious health issues, why not do a cleanse? 95% of people that go to his clinic will get better and overcome their health issues. The medical field will never touch that. Get off the Standard American Diet (SAD), start green juices, colon cleansing, and 95% of all your health issues will disappear. Why not the other 5%? If you go through all of that, then your problem has nothing to do with food. It’s either job, family, spouse, boss, something going on in your immediate life & you need to change it. Don’t perform colonics every day for weeks straight, use it only during a 5-10 day juice fast/cleanse once per season, otherwise it can be counterproductive if you deplete your body of nutrients, minerals, etc. (find source)
