Lead By Example: they do what you do
Education: they won’t eat what they don’t know
Preparation: if they help make it, they are more likely to eat it
Availability: have plenty of the good foods easily available, have less of the bad in the house
Rules: must always have at least noe greens on their plate, not done until they eat their veggies… Although rules may also be counter-productive.
Start with a daily glass of juice, more fruits than greens at beginning, and over time substitute more greens.
It takes 15 tastes before a child can decide that they like it.
