“I grow kale in my garden and it is very easy to grow, just sprinkle the seeds on bare earth and give them a light rake in and you will have kale seedlings within the week. If you do this on soil that had peas or beans in it before you won’t to use any fertilizer, organic or not. In less than six months you will have loads of kale to eat. Cut out the stringy tough center and use it in soups, its great in lentil soup with leaks and grated carrot (tip: if you let some of your crop flower and set seed you won’t have to buy seeds ever again)”
-Combine full fats to maximize absorption of nutrients
-Increase calcium to counter the oxalates in kale (add lemons to water, smoothies, etc)
