Your growing space could be the cleanest, most sanitary and spotless place on the planet, but still develop mold on your growth because sometimes the mold spores are on the seeds themselves. So it is a good habit to disinfect seeds & kill off mold spores by sanitizing your seeds with a quick 5 minute soak in a diluted mixture of Hydrogen Peroxide & Water. You can also spray this solution on to the plant to help stop & eliminate mold outbreaks.
“To alleviate concerns about contamination, soak your seeds in a hydrogen peroxide solution.”

Hydrogen Peroxide Ratios
using-hydrogen-peroxide.com/gardening-with-hydrogen-peroxide.html
3% Hydrogen Peroxide:
1/2 cup water = 1/4 tablespoon (or 3/4 teaspoon)
1 cup water = 0.5 tablespoon (or 1.5 teaspoons)
2 cups water = 1 tablespoon (or 3 teaspoons)
1 quart water (aka 4 cups) = 2 tablespoons (aka 6 teaspoons)
1 gallon (4 quarts aka 16 cups) water = 8 tablespoons (aka 1/2 cup)
• 1:25 ratio
• 1:10 ratio for killing mold outbreaks
• can even use a stronger concentration, then dilute/rinse some of it away
There are many methods of seed preparation ranging from rinsing with hot water or soaking in hot hydrogen peroxide, to washing with vinegar, a diluted bleach solution, or grapefruit seed extract. The current recommendation to use in the home from the University of California-Davis is to treat seed by heating on a stove for 5 minutes in a solution of 3% hydrogen peroxide (available in drug stores and pharmacies) at 140°F. It is important to maintain this temperature using a clean, accurate cooking thermometer. Exceeding this temperature may damage or kill seeds resulting in poor germination. Remove seed and rinse under running room temperature water for 1 minute. Discard the hydrogen peroxide solution and do not reuse.
