• The #1 food for overly toxic kidneys
• From the cruciferous family (has enzymes to help with phase II detoxification; converts poisons to harmless particles & help alleviate stress of kidneys)
• high in potassium + magnesium (protective elements)
• zero oxalates (aka contributer to kidney stones)
• Low in Protein (especially crucial if you have lots of protein in urine, which means the kidneys aren’t keeping up)
